      Was This a Lucid Dream?

I'm actually pretty confused right now. I'm absolutely sure that these weren't lucid dreams because they were blurry and I couldn't control them and my mind still didn't really think of what my reality mind would think (no focus just regular dream mind). In my dream I remember that I kept on saying over and over "I'm in a lucid dream im in a lucid dream" and so on. Then I rubbed my hands together and they felt numb. That's what happened where anything lucid happened at all. I think I had lucid dreaming on my mind so much that this happened. This occurred multiple times during the night where I would say I'm in a lucid dream then rub my hands together except they weren't numb.

That sounds like a lucid dream! Lucidity occurs on a spectrum from very low to very high, it's usually not black or white. Basically as long as you acknowledge that you are dreaming while you're dreaming, that meets the definition of a lucid dream. Talking about (lucid dreaming) is a sign that you're really close to a lucid but are generally considered not lucid. Vividness or levels of control are on their own scale separate from lucidity.
