I've been keeping a dream journal for over a decade, although only a small fraction of my dreams are in my DJ here on Dreamviews. My entries have varied by as much as 100+ per year. There are years where I made an entry every day for 3 months, and years where I didn't make a single entry in 6 months.
Point in case: this year, I hadn't made an entry almost all year. When I started making regular entries again, my dream recall was so poor that one of my entries last week was basically "I don't remember anything". After a few nights and some regular journaling, my recall's almost as good as it ever was, although I'm not having the sort of success with induction that I'm accustomed to. But I've been at this long enough to know that after maybe 2 or 3 weeks of regular journal entries, I'll be back in practice, so there's no reason to panic over a few failed WILD attempts.
Journaling and lucidity are skills that, once you learn them, you don't “un-learn” them. You just get a little bit out of practice. You don't lose progress, you only ever make progress. You only ever have more journal entries than you did the last time you made a journal entry.
Spend a week making an entry every night, even if your entry is “I don't remember”. The important thing is that you are trying to remember. I think you'll find that you'll regain your dream recall and you'll be just fine.
