      Too tired after wbtb

So a few days ago i decided to do a wbtb wild and woke up after 6 hours of sleep and stayed awake for about 15 minutes and wasnt too tired nor too concious though my hand kept slipping away...

So 2 attempt later and still no success: This is because even when I get out of bed after 6 hours of sleep and walk around a bit and stretch a bit I felt this weird pressure between my eyes (kind of where the third eye is) and I knew that if I would go to bed that I'd fall asleep but my sleepy mind was stubborn and went to bed anyways, falling asleep probably just one minute in orso...

So how can I become pretty concious within 15 minutes?

try to splash some water in your face (helps me against the dry burning eyes) or take a deep breath of fresh air when its not already to light outside. you can sit in your chair and write down some dreams you remember . that enhances recall, let you think dreamy and should wake you up calmly
i wouldnt use any bright screens.

and when your mind is stubborn (i know that) you need to make yourself clear WHY you are doing it. you want a lucid dream and therefore you get a little uncomfy but when you do it right the reward will be sufficient. and when it is always a fight dont do it every day but maybe twice or 3 times a week but then with real dedication.

another thing you can try is to set the alarm differently. maybe 5:45 or 6:15 or even half an hour earlier. might be that you have longer or shorter sleepcycles and therefore you get torn out from the wrong sleeping phase.

Are you sure you didn't just dream that you woke up and walked around? Are you Sure that you aren't Dreaming Right Now? O_O

Seriously though, RelaxAndDream gave wonderful advice, as usual.
Another thing that you could try doing is reading, whether it's from your own dream journal, reading over your dream goals, or reading stuff on dream views! Any kind of dream content is great reading material for WBTB.

I'll use the water technique tomorrow, also, can you do WBTB WILD each night at the same time without the effect wearing off?

Yes because the wbtb is to get more awareness and dont be to groggy and the wild is a way to fall asleep. so nothing that will build a tolerance or something

So basicly when you master wbtb wild you can lucid dream daily without that much effort (just make it a sort of pre morning routine to write down dreams and what not.) So why dont more people do wbtb wild?

Also I will also keep a log of things that I did wrong so I can hopefully perfect it.

Day 1: Concious, though when tried WILD got dry mouth and arm kept slipping away
Day 2-3: Was not concious enough was still groggy
Day 4: accidently woke up some people with my alarm

      Well, no, not exactly.

WBTB is a simple technique to help you gather self-awareness for a WILD dive while giving you something to do until (hopefully) your next REM period; it is not a route to LD'ing unto itself.

You still need that self-awareness, you still need to have strong intentions and expectation when going back to sleep, and, of course, you still need to manage to fall asleep without losing the self-awareness you gathered during WBTB. In a sense, WBTB is a small but important part of an overall group of techniques that work together to encourage a WILD.

Also, since WBTB seems to be the most popular technique used with WILD, I would say that more people are using WBTB to help them succeed at WILD's.... but those who do succeed are doing much more than just WBTB.
