      Trying to WBTB but way to tired

      Ok so basically if i manage to wake up at about 4 -6 A.M my first thought it try to lucid

      so basically i try to enter SP but i am wayy to tired and i fall back a sleep in a few minutes

      If i get out of bed and walk around it takes to long to fall a sleep again

      any ideas?

      this is the only problem holding me from trying to LD

      Hmmm.. if you say it takes you too long to fall asleep if you get up.
      Maybe stay in your bed, open your eyes, and just wake up a bit?

      Best time to do it is on a day where you can sleep in as late as you want. Try doing it at a later time that is closer to the time you would wake up normally. No need for an alarm.

      Keep something by your bed that can keep you interested and you can stay awake for 15 minutes or so, that way you don't have to get out of bed and fully wake but you can just wake up enough.
