Because of this thread I started to have dreams about bananas... :f Also I have thoughts in them that they are good for dreams. Oh well.

I eat them pretty often. I eat rather healthy food in general, I have good recall. But no idea if it has something to do with it.

I read that apple juice is good, probably on DV. I had my last LD while testing that, also interesting dreams. But that was just one day so hard to say if this was a thing. I'll check it today as well!

I've had great experience with apple juice! I usually drink 2 large glasses or so an hour before sleeping and it from my experience it appears to increase the vividness of my dreams and the amount of dreams I recall. It might be a little bit of a placebo effect from reading good things about it here on DV, but as long as it works I don't mind
"The scariest, most terrifying thing that I fear?
      My imagination."
-"I thought you were going to say 'Fear, itself'."
"Then you have a small imagination."

"You mustn't be afraid to dream a little bigger, darling."
