So last night I fell asleep during meditation, was quite blissful realy, repeating mantras like: "I will remember my dreams" and "I will remember who I am in my dreams" and "I will reality check and know I am dreaming in my dreams". |

If you woke up, you were dreaming. It's certainly possible to dream without any imagery, sounds or sensations. |

I tried this I think but I probably just didn't believe in the fact it could happen, I will try with more gusto next time and thanks! |

In case you need any ideas, I've had these types of dreams in the past. With my thoughts I've tried making my bed spin, sink and fly. Also, I've tried making my body float or shift to the side off my bed, again using my thoughts. I've also tried looking through my eyelids. I've focused on HI until it becomes vivid enough that dream forms in front of my closed eyelids. All of these things have worked for me. I've always done these things with the expectation that it will work if I'm dreaming, the same mindset I use for any other reality check. |

I think I see what you are talking about. This 'void dream' I had seems to be the closest to induced lucidity yet for me which is exciting. I did get sensations of 'sliding' and vibrations in the first part with the HIs, the other three however there weren't even HIs to work with. I know for next time something like this happens though I will manage to form something from it, I guess it's as simple as thinking "since this is a dream, I should be in a forest." from there I could take it to one of the fantasies in medieval history that I want to live out in my LDs. |
