Its okay, I appreciate you replying now though so thanks for that.

Relaxing? Perhaps I need to be more relaxed than cause I tend to find myself itching to know whats gonna happen next.(For the good dreams at least)
Thanks and great that you re organise what I mean - yes it's about staying lucid and clear and not letting excitement or any fixed views at all that could dominate the moment by causing instability ...it seems a fine line between managing this and not having enough expectation for the lucid to flow forward
This might sound weird but when people say they can feel their waking life body I always pondered about how that feels like. Does it feel like sleep paralysis? I usually just feel my dream self than it goes to my waking self. Sundays a nice choice to lucid dream. I tend to focus on Friday,Saturday and Sunday for lucid dreaming. Feels like I have more of a clear mind on those days.
No - I have no idea what sleep paralysis feels like so can't speak of that ...it's like there's a very slight shift of attention and one is in an instance very aware of ones body lying asleep in bed and at the same time your in the dream ...in these moments I have to keep the shift leaning towards the LD strongly or I wake up. Sometimes I don't manage and the dreams gone and I am back in bed - but if I lie still for long enough I go back into another dream. I actually like the feeling of the shift a lot even though I dislike the LD ending, so that's something I work with
I'm sure you can do it if you try. ^w^
