      Its this wild?

      hi today i didnt sleeped a lot so i go for afternoon sleep, i did wild and first time i was so relaxed that i feel like my body swimming in that bed not swimming but amm.. was so rellaxed. I dont know how to explain but then i seen a tunel in my eyes and just think about it and its gone and my eyes open themself.. in that relax moment i think how to get to the dream i try to think about something but i thinking to mutch what to think is this was almost good wild?

      Feeling as if your bed was swimming can meanthat you are getting into altered state of consciousness, but not necessarily a dream. But if you think you felt that because you were just getting very relaxed, then that's what it was. Getting relaxed.

      Under normal circumstances it's very hard, practically impossible to WILD without any prior sleep. Being sleep deprived can get you straight into REM and making it easier to WILD, but I am not sure how much sleep deprivation is "good" for that.
