      What's your signature Dream Inducer and Stabilization Technique?

      I just wanted to know. Mine's MILD and Dream spinning. By signature, I mean your best technique on the two fields

      Mine is FILD and hand rubbing, since the other day when I first tried FILD, I've had 100% success rate with this. Even managed a FILD without doing a WBTB. It was also the first time I tried the hand rubbing because I had read about it as well as FILD before I went to sleep.. Used to try the dream spinning but it woke me up..

      WBTB -> Meditation / Listening to music -> WILD attempt -> if it fails then DILD. DILD mostly.
      I think rubbing my hands together while shouting "clarity!" as loud and commanding as possible. Looking close-up at surfaces is really effective as well.
