      My new *at work* technique

As im a night worker i meditate which people have noticed and is fround upon as they think i might be sleeping on the job.My new technique which is abit like meditating is to do my job as normal but to stop my mind from wondering....asif like a robot....just do my jobs and focus on what im doing at the time rather than thinking about what i might do tomorrow ect.
Come to think of it im guessing this is basically some sort of awareness technique but either way it will help me as i think negativly at night so it will help me towards lucidity and to stop thinkibg of stuff that probably wont happen....has anyone else had any success with anything like this or awareness in general? Xx

It sounds like what you are doing is being present, being here and Now. Which is training your brain to be focused in the present moment. Excellent for Awareness and LD. Try not to be "robotic," rather, see how you are interacting with the world around you in that moment. Watch. Observe. Pay attention.
