Communicating to the outside world

I've read somewhere that it's only possible to communicate to the outside world from within lucid dreams via eye movements. But then I realized, there's SOME people who sometimes sleep talk in their dreams... Now, what if those sleep talkers were having a lucid dream instead? Wouldn't it be possible for them to communicate to the outside world and do things like describing the dream they are currently in?
