Find myself dreaming in third person

I've been attempting to ld with induction techniques less often, but am nonetheless. One of the main problems I have is that in the dream, I can kind of "feel" the dream(although I don't realize I'm dreaming), but I see myself in a type of third person view, wherein I can't feel a single thing, like the air on my face, the feel of something touching my hand and any other stuff. I've only felt very briefly lucid (and first person) twice- once, I could feel myself shaking my head(part of rc I think ) and the second time, I kind of felt lucid cause I was trying to dream up a skateboard but couldn't really feel my environment. There was a third time where I did an rc but failed, and the rc was also sort of in third person. Plz help
Also, I've started using binaural beats since the past 3 weeks if this helps in determining the problem or solution. Thanks in advance

Sometimes I will realize I am dreaming but I am not in the dream...it is 3rd person dream. But I then "enter"into the dream by intentionally taking action. I believe WILD dream entry is similar to this from what I have read. So if you know its a dream start moving and you will then be in it.

Well my first problem when I noticed n found out about lucid dreaming was this third person view. I play games in third person view n that affected my dreams. I could see myself what I wore and what my surrounding were n had a 360 degree view. I dunno how but when I had my first lucid dream I suddenly jumped in first person view. I tried both I could switch between them too.
So I say try paying attention to ur body when u do an RC become aware of how ur body looks like when ur asking am i dreaming? It helped me. I also used to think in third person but now I don't. I imagine my hands n my feet before I go to sleep

I guess you want to "experience" the dream through use of your senses (or rather, the impression of senses created by your mind). Just start moving your hands, turn your back on the dream scene and walk off. That's an idea. Or just stand up. Engage the muscle memory that you have and the dream should respond. When this used to happen to me, I would be receiving "PowerPoint lessons" in dream, and I would have no body. Finally, one day I just said, "BORING" in my best Homer Simpson voice. Right after that, I suddenly had a body and was in a dream environment.

The other thing that you might do is just explore the state of not having a body. Who is it, exactly, who doesn't have a body?

I run into a similar issue with the few I have had, and noticed it is usually when my lucidity is fading some. sometimes doing the "rubbing your hands" stabilizing technique helps me get back into it. Perhaps stabilizing more will help?
