      First Lucid Dream

Last night i finally attained lucidity as I wandered the astral realm. Whilst i could indeed control my dream easily, there was something amiss. I am a fantastic darts player in real life, so I had conjured up a dart board in my dream so that I could practice even while I was asleep. Everything was going fine, but then a dream character I did not want to see appeared in front of me.

This was the exact character. It was Adrian Lewis himself, but his colours were inverted. I asked him who he was, and he simply replied "I am Anti Jackpot, I have come to warn you. You will never be a great darts player. I will make sure of that." I tried to block him out and carry on practicing, but anti Jackpot began to taunt me. "You will never be as good as Adrian Lewis, not without lucid dreams. I will make sure you cannot practice here." To my dismay, Anti Jackpot seemed to be right. Whilst he was stood there, I could not practice. I was in a lucid dream but not fully in control.

Does anyone have any ideas about how to defeat Anti Jackpot?

dont mind to much this was your first lucid, when you continue your practice many will follow and probably adrian lewis wont be there ;D dont overrate one single dream. when this happens more often you can think of an solution but until then just ignore it and dont set a bad schema that he always will appear or someone will hinder your practice or something.

Ok thanks for your words of wisdom. I was considering challenging him to a darts game if he appears in my next dream, on the condition that if I beat him he will not return to my dreams. I am thinking he is a dream guardian or spirit of Adrian Lewis himself who has seen that a young talented player like me is coming up the ranks and may be able to defeat him soon, and so he has sent anti jackpot to try and stop me.

remember to always take darts to bed with you, the feel of them in your physical hands will help remind you that you need to do battle with the infamous Jackpot with your astral hands

A very good idea indeed, I never thought to sleep with the darts, but maybe that physical reminder will be enough to stir my conscience into seige mode. Let battle commence...
