      REM During A Lucid Dream

What happens to the Rapid Eye Movements during a Lucid Dream? Do the eyes still rapidly move in the same manner? Is the movement effected by the Lucid experience in any way? Thanks, I'm just curious is all

Yes the eye movements also occur during periods of Lucidity.

I recall a experiment, I think it was done by Stephen Laberge, where in order to test time perception during lucid dreams a subject was instructed to move his eyes back and forth in a particular way every time he thought a certain amount of time had passed. The subject was able to do so as instructed, and the experiment was a success.

The theory I heard is that the rapid eye movements are simply the eyes' response to the imagery you're seeing in the dream. In other words, they move around just as they would if you were seeing the same thing while awake. So, there would be no real difference whether you are lucid or not.
