Hi guys. |

I've found a majority of my experiences in REM Atonia/SP were cool rather than scary. There are ways to transition from it to a dream, it's a matter of using suggestion and expectation. I always imagine, or rather "know" (for lack of a better way of putting it) that there is a vortex by my head or feet, and once I'm sucked all the way through (which maybe takes a second), I know I'll be in a dream. It works remarkably well for me as a technique, hopefully if you find yourself in a situation like this again you can try it out and it helps you get a lucid dream. |

You should check out this WILD tutorial. It will apply to DEILD as well WILD |

I've found that it's possible to control (or change) what images you see during sleep paralysis. So if you see something disturbing, try and change it into something else, just like you would in an actual dream. It's still your subconscious generating images, so you should still be able to override what it's trying to do. |

You should be very happy with this result,Jacket!Especially if u achieved this so easyly. |
