    Thread: Does meditation help with D.I.L.D??

      Absolutely does help.
      A lot of times happens during meditation that u getting urself distracted by random thoughts in a deep trance already. When u catching that moment it is basically how u becoming lucid in a regular dream, so u can take the advantage of the meditation with dild also (if not better than with wild)

      The meditation is a technique itself for dilds.
      Unfortunately i've stopped my daily meditations, i try the mild tech these weeks, its the most effortless tech of all

      Thata great to hear as iv been meditating everyday for the past 2 weeks now and i know itll take longer for lucid dreams to take place more regularly but just in 2 weeks i have noticed alot about my dreams and they are alot longer and more vivid and did have a lucid dream 2 days ago so im happy for that =D
      I understand how easy it is to stop meditating as it is time consuming and atm before bed i meditate and then try incubate the same dream scene in my head and hope one day ill dream of the scene and become lucid =)

      Hi Clidu, I recommend looking into various forms of meditation. Each trains the brain in a certain different way. Which forms of meditation you use effects what benefit you may gain in lucid dreaming. Having a small handful of styles takes care of the time consuming or boring aspect. If you click on the Dream Yoga link in my sig, it takes you to a few good examples.

      Yes, I think it vastly increases one's ability to get lucid with DILD. It can help with stabilization, dream control and much more.
