Ahh this could be connected with REM atonia.
When we are in dreams, our body is put under paralysis to prevent us from acting out our dreams. That paralysis is known as "REM atonia".
In dreams, it is common to feel REM atonia shining through.
For example, for me, I punch like a girl in dreams. My muscles feel so weak when I want to do anything physical.

When you are becoming lucid, it is possible that you are becoming ultra-aware of your REM atonia. Sorta.

I think the best way to combat this would be to use dream stabilization techniques.
For example, stop what you are doing, calm down, look around, focus on your breathing, look at your hands, spin round.

      Also, welcome to DV!

Go to your GP (doctor) and get a full blood test (if you live in a country with decent healthcare this should be free/covered). They should be able to tell you if you're lacking anything vital and suggest means to fix that up. Iron deficiencies are fairly common and can really take the energy out of you if not handled, but it could be something else entirely.
