      If you take it more often you might become less sensitive to it and it wont work as good as in the begining. Moderation is the key.

      I will add/correct one of the above posts, that cdp choline is slower type of choline - choline salts (ex. bitartrate) are faster.

      Not only desensitization, but with overuse you may risk altering your brain chemistry, perhaps permanently, which is not good.
