How often can i expect Lucid dreams?

i have been waiting for a long time, and have started being more reflective recently, but wonder how often do people usually get lucid dreams and how much work does it required to start getting them?

Honestly, it’s different for everyone. For me it took me 9 days to have my first, then about a month to start having them regularly and this was with full commitment and daily practice. When I was in full swing I was having 2-3 a week but I have never achieved nightly lucids. It does take daily motivation and effort to have them regularly. It’s a marathon, not a sprint kind of thing, with lots of ups and downs. Just keep trying, put in the effort and try to enjoy the journey and your regular dreams without expecting too much.

I have passed 30 years of life but I still do not know how to be wise in my career choices and orientation. I will wait for the next people to answer this question.

The frequency of lucid dreams can vary greatly from person to person. Some individuals have them frequently, while others may only experience them occasionally. According to people around where I live, many of them say that the more you practice lucid dreaming techniques, the more likely you are to have them! Also, being able to remember your dreams is crucial for recognizing and entering a lucid state. If you want to have lucid dream, I think that getting enough quality sleep and maintaining a consistent sleep schedule can contribute to this kind of dream (my personal opinion )
