Honestly, it’s different for everyone. For me it took me 9 days to have my first, then about a month to start having them regularly and this was with full commitment and daily practice. When I was in full swing I was having 2-3 a week but I have never achieved nightly lucids. It does take daily motivation and effort to have them regularly. It’s a marathon, not a sprint kind of thing, with lots of ups and downs. Just keep trying, put in the effort and try to enjoy the journey and your regular dreams without expecting too much. |
