You didn't say whether you are journaling or not. Even if you already have excellent dream recall, journaling will help because it will get you thinking about your dreams.

There is no shortcut, really. The more you immerse yourself during your waking time, the more likely you will remember in your dreams. Reading other's dreams, writing and analyzing your own for dream signs and discussing it all are great ways to keep your mind on being constantly alert to dream signs and triggering your memory to do RCs.

Another thing might be trying some other techniques. It seems you are only working on DILD right now. Have you tried WILD or MILD? Read through the tutorials for some other things to try. (The vast majority of my LDs have been WILD - but the best of them have been DILD.)
