REM deprivation

I don't know of any way of accomplishing this short of actual sleep deprivation, but I know that if you don't have REM for a while, the next REM period will be longer. The max length one could make the REM period is anybody's guess.

Eh the military did tests where they would wake up people when they hit REM and then let them go to sleep so for 2 weeks or so the test subjects never had REM, but then the test subjects started halucinating, having mood swings ect, becuase they dident have REM. So its probebly not smart to deprive yourself of rem unless you want to become mentaly unstable.
