Nope, takes 1 or 2 minutes to fall really asleep.
How long do you WBTB? (You may be staying up too long)
It depends, I didn't make a nice schedule, so every night was different.
Have you tried detaching yourself from your body? (focusing on the early stages of SP is the best way to prevent it from expanding)
Hmm, that's an interesting one. Focus on detaching in the early stage of SP? I could try that tomorrow :-)
