I have never had one where I was in controll. So I supose it wasn't lucid. But I do not think it's such a bad thing to have those actions within a dream context. As long as the intent isn't reflected in real life. Thus the beauty of a dream. |

For example doing your friends girlfriend, stealing, killing a dream character etc... |

I never have, probably because I've only had a few LDs. But I agree with kogatojr, its a dream and its in your own mind. Anyway, better there than in the real world, right? |

In my opinion, guilt is one of the aspects that prove you are lucid. Guilt shows that you are thinking clearly. Guilt proves that you know how your actions would fare in real life, and you know how you should feel if you performed said action. Lucidity also means that you know you can do it anyway because you know it has no effect on real life. |

I have quite a strict sense of what "cheating" is. If you are having lucid sex with some other girl while you have a girlfriend (or wife) IRL then I do think that is wrong. However, if you are single then its ok imo |

I've never LD'd but i've killed in dreams and i never felt bad when i woke up because of it. I have felt bad when i was having the best dreams ever and woke up. Was feeling so good around the woman or dream area i was at or whatever i was doing then i wake up to this sh1thole we live in. Then again i've also glad i woke up from some dreams and realised it was just a dream and carried on with my day. |

Ha ha, I like that its okay in your book to murder a dream character but not sleep with them if you are attached in real life. |
The way I see it is- if you ever think about doing something morally wrong, then you can do it in a dream. |
Well I'm not going to blame my bf for having an accidental non-lucid sex dream or anything, but I would be quite upset if I found out he was purposely dreaming about having sex with another woman. As I'm sure he would be if I were doing another man. Especially since LDs can be as vivid as real life. |
Okay, I see what you are saying. It's basically like thinking about cheating in real life, since you are presumably lucid in the dream. |
Hell no!! LD's are my time where I can do whatever I please and it's not considered bad because nothing bad came of it! |
Yeh i suppose at the end of the day everything that goes on is all in your sub-conscious mind and doesn't affect anyone else but yourself. |
Here's a different one. How would you feel if you found out that somebody was having a relationship/affair with your partner in their lucid dreams??? |
Never |
I wouldn't worry about it. Do you feel bad about thinking a thought like that? All a lucid dream is is a really realistic thought. |
Doing friends girlfriend? No, I think that's more of a forbidden fantasy. |
Things are not as they seem
No, never. |
Well havent been lucid but I feel guilty when I wake myself up purposely to feel that crazy cool feeling when your almost in SP.... |

No, because it's just in a dream. |
No, never. It's a dream and that's that...do what you like in it, just be careful not to let your dream practices carry over into reality, otherwise our society would a whole lot of major problems. |
