How many people have you told about Lucid Dreaming? Doesn't matter if they cared or not, or thought if you where weird.

I'm not sure, actually. I've told lots of people online, but throught my life, I've told most of my closer friends, and I've told my parents and brothers a long time ago.

In real life (not online) I've told about 10 people.

Only about half a douzen max! I recently told this girl and she seemed interested, which was a shock, I might get her to sign up, although, having someone I know on there, might be weird

I tell everyone. Teaching others helped me pay my way through college. You get a vibe from people right away that lets you know whether they would be interested or not. A certain kind of curiosity and pasison.

Yeah, um, 3 that I can think of off the top of my head. Wait no, 4. I don't really get a strong urge to spread the word unless it's to someone really special.

I've only told one of my friends, but only because he told me about a "dream where I knew it was a dream." I normally don't tell people because I don't think they'd accept it.

In "real" life, I haven't told anyone, except for the time in which my sister started talking about dreams and all that, I just told her some things, but I acted like if I didn't know much about the subject.

That's actually more fun than telling real people, because they either act confused, tell you you're stupid, or explode...

I've told a few...usually random people in casual conversations where the topic of dreaming just happens to come up. Also, people close to me. My mother once saw me reading LaBerge in her living room.

      My internet friends also know.

No dream goals at the moment...just flying and letting stuff happen is kinda fun, and it's hard to motivate myself to try LDing lately.

      None, really...

... But I will try it today, it must be funny to watch them "explode".

Nah...my DCs don't seem to think much of it. I can often get them to go with the flow.

I usually only talk about it to people of whom I know they do/try/know about it, too, assuming I figure that out first

I tried to talk to other people about it, but to them it's like...
      like telekinesis, or "UFOs"...
some were like "wtf? that's bullcrap!", and they insist on what they learned in school I guess... at least they told -us- at school that you cannot control your dreams...

(that reminds me of a discussion about religion, but I guess it would be a bad idea to post that here )

I don't know why... outside of this forum no one really seems to be interested in it... or they don't believe me. I don't understand how you CAN'T be interested in ld.

i wrote it in an text (you know that stupid things they make you write...) when i was at the primary school.
      ok, maybe two. or three.
      the teacher found it boring.

      from then, nothing changed much
never counted. usually take it off if the other gets in topic on his own. it's not interesting to talk about, outside here anyway

both my parents. and 6 friends, so 8 people, non found it interesting, 3 almost seemed interested, probably to be nice about it, I have yet to find someone who will attempt lucid dreaming, I will not stop though, but I don't make many friends (not to sound emo, I just don't find talking very interesting 4/5 of the time)

actually I did bring it up in school once or twice, my teacher thought it was very weird.

how does everyone attempt to tell people about lucid dreaming, I always manage to bring the convo to dreams somehow, and they'll tell me about there dreams cause I've learned alot of people like to talk about there own dreams, then try to tell them that they could become aware withen and acheive anything, and do anything they ever wanted to do.

I wanna be the very best
      Like no one ever was
To lucid dream is my real test
To control them is my cause

I've told my brother, sister, mom, and one friend. Brother didn't care, friend thought I was screwing with my brain too much, mom kinda worried I wasn't getting enough sleep, and my sister was interested. I don't really know how to work it into conversations and I feel like it would sound pretentious if I did. "Hey guys, guess what I can do that you cant?"

I thought hobbies were good conversation starters, but I guess LD isn't ready for public acceptance just yet.

I haven't told any of my friends because they are far too wrapped up in the real world and their own lives and interests.I've told God and asked him to let me do it.Ive told 3 people-my mother,my father, and my godmother.

Father didn't seem to care, and my godmother(who is very old) couldn't understand what I was talking about. But it turned out that mother almost always knows shes dreaming, and has very amusing dreams.

The people that I have told tell me that it is fake and impossible. Only a few select people that have experienced it believe me.

About 5 or 7, I guess. Not too many, sadly. But there still is time, I hope. And it does make wonderful conversation That and conspiracy theories

Two, because I don't want people to feel I'm a freak. Well not freak, it's just hard to explain to people without going "I'm a spiritual psycic and I can tell your future because I'm strange that."
