I've actually recently resolved to try and set intentions each night before I sleep, to try and keep some scenario in mind that I am going to accomplish if I become lucid.

I can think of two or three different times when this has happened, although admittedly the actual lucid dreams usually came two or three days (sometimes a week) after setting that intention, and maybe once did I fall asleep with an intention and fulfill it that same night in a lucid.

Unfortunately this past year hasn't really been productive as far as attaining lucidity in sleep, so hopefully 2008 will give me plenty of opportunities to experiment in lucid dreams.
