About the spinning thing: When you feel that you are starting to wake up from a lucid dream, spinning your dream body, around your own axis and with your arms outstretched, can help you stay in the dream and not wake up. |

I like my lucid dreams to have purpose and direction. It's an extention of my feeling for real life, too. Lately, I've been asking my dream characters how to improve myself and the world through use of lucid dreaming. I've gotten wierd looks, and non-inspirationally cryptic responses. |
