Cool :::::Doing Activities in your Lucid Dream, that is hard for you to do in the Real Wolrd

Im a skateboarder and a B-boy (breakdancer) and i absolutly love when im in an LD and i can do the things i would not normally be able to do in real life... like i was at the skatepark ...and it was a competition..and i kickflip f/s noseblunted this like 13 set hand rail.... and when im dreaming im breakdancing i could do Mad headspins.... so ive always wondered if i am able to remeber all the steps and techniques i use in m lucid dream..im wondering if i do it enough if i can learn faster in the real world..

Yep. It's true! Practicing something in a dream will help you learn it in the real world. I think it has something to do with dreaming serving a purpose in the consolidation of memory. It's said that athletes that meditate on their sport do better than those that practice the sport alone.

I wonder if I could use lucid dreaming to get back my mad karate skillz.

I don't see why not, its still practice, as long as it isn't advanced since your muscles won't react in the same way that they do in dreams lol
