from my limited experience, when you go into sp, at a certain point it will feel as if your heart is pounding like a jackhammer and your eyes will be twitching uncontrollably. you will also feel as if your consciousness has changed somehow, just go with that feeling and let go of your physical body (by that i mean try not to think about it) and go through into the dream as if you are flying into it, or it's coming towards you. it's hard to explain, i only managed to do this once and all the other times there were too many distractions and they kept pulling me back. it doesn't matter if you see anything or not, but once you "go through" you will see something eventually and be put in a situation. there is only a window opportunity though, for me it lasts about 20-30 secs before it fades away. |

SP is different for everyone, and different at different times. Very few times have I noticed an increase in heart rate, and never have I noticed the eye movements. |
