My Ultimate Lucid Dreaming Goal

I'm pretty damn new to LD'ing, and the LDs I've had were short, sporadic, and pretty out of my control. However, I've just come up with something to shoot for in the long run, and I thought others might be interested in it. I want to evolve a species, starting from a base single cell form. I want to take it from there to a land animal, eventually to a race of creatures that can be as sentient as dream characters. Thoughts ?

Yea, that would be awesome. Kinda like Spore Would be nice if you could have that same dream every night so you can start from where you left off.

Wow. very interesting concept. i like it! i think i'm going to try that, but i'm going to start from scratch and create a whole galaxy, like "star wars" and create different species on different planets. they'll interact with each other eventually hell, i'll even create gods, and i'll be the the main god! the gods can help me to speed up the process so i don't have to worry about specifics. this is going to take a long time to accomplish, because i have other dream goals. i'll definitely get around to doing this though. thanks for the idea

Yeah, I kinda got the idea from Spore. I was thinking of taking it to creating a universe, but I'm barely skilled enough to lots of basic things yet so I decided to start with a semi-small goal.

Oh, cool, tell us how it goes, I has created life forms, tough never from the cell, and once a planet and its parts but it wasn't either from the start... I took examples <.<

Are you thinking of advancing a whole species or civilization? Or just a pet? I can imagine either one being pretty awesome. How cool would it be to have a fantastic dream companion or pet that you evolve in each of your lucid dreams! Abra has some persistent dream companions in her dreams. I wonder if she has any advice. I reminds me of the old Super Nintendo game Evo. I'm pretty old school with my video game knowledge, so maybe Spore is along the same lines. You start out as a fish, and eat other fish, chosing evolutionary traits as you go. I think you eventually turn into a lizard, and then a mammal. I never made it that far (...without biting. Ask mr owl.)

Cool beans, man, cool beans. How are you planning on progressing? What sounds like the best option, to me, is to focus on one stage of life per lucid dream. I can just imagine the first of these dreams, perhaps set in a laboratory, where you assistants gather the necessary organic material, and then you flip the switch to zap it with electricity, repeating the trials until you get a level of order that is beyond simple urea. Or perhaps you will inject a homemade RNA sample into an unliving bilayer membrane (an empty organic sack)? I don't know the level of realism you are going for here. Maybe you are planning on simply manifesting a cell? (I know that I'd use a laboratory, just for the coolness factor. I make it difficult!)
