TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!
new goals: have more LD's than Shift[X]
10-15min LD [ X] Article: A day in the life of an LD-er
the "Mind V.S. Body" Induction technique
Everyman 2 LD's/ sleep schedule progress
abra you can extend dreams by spinning or rubing your hands together(there are more ways which i have forgoten and dont know of), this actually extends REM, its not like a feeling. |

Also Abra, let's see you go past the average 8 hours of sleep and sleep for say 14 hours theoretically your REM period would last longer than it normally does would it not? At least from my experience this seems to be the case. |

Some dreams feel longer than others. One of my first lucid dreams lasted a "day." Practice will lengthen the amount of time your spend lucid (I have a hunch that beginning lucid dreamers become lucid near the end of REM). |
