I think it has put a big impact on myself. Whenever i go to bed mad i just go and box a little in my dream. If i am sad i take whatever it was that made me sad that day and i fix it in my dream.

This has resulted in myself being very comfortable and very calm and chill through my days. I have no probelms really. It is amazing what you can do at night in an LD.

It gives me a huge sense of confidence and perspective. Suddenly, life's little problems seem trivial.

Sometimes I'm very serene and lax the whole day. Sometimes I'm energized. Every LD is a surprise.

You question reality, your own emotions, motivations, cause and effect. Everything has new value.

A good lucid dream is a very nice mood booster.

The requisites for lucid dreaming include keeping a healthy sleep schedule, which in turn improves the quality of waking life (especially Mondays).

Lucid dreaming has made a pleasant impact on my life. Like others have said, it can make a great stress reliever when your in a bad mood and it can help you in a lot of ways. Since my lucid dreams feel so much like real life most of the time, it's great for practicing something that I'm nervous about such as public speaking. Besides that, I just love the sense of accomplishment I get after I've had a lucid dream, and it always leaves a smile on my face no matter what the day was like.
Lucid dreaming makes for a wonderful night's play.

It gives me a sense of power. It also makes me realize how illusory and temporary waking life is.

Most of the time LDs put you in a positive mood the next day. I haven't seen a negative effect ever from LDing.

I've only had one Lucid, so far. The morning after reminded me of my early days of smoking weed (ahh... weed... back then you were so simple...) Those mornings after a night of smoking would be so "after-glowy", like a reverse hang-over. Except I always felt a bit... how do I say this? Dull, I guess. I always felt a bit "airy" up there.

My point is, that after my first lucid, it felt a lot like this, except I felt very expansive and more grounded. I definitely felt more aware and more awake and more mindful.

I can't wait until I have another one.
