      You are probably stressing so hard in your dream to keep the dream alive that your mind gets no rest. When you first start i can imagine you being more tired because of this. But once you start to get better and more relaxed in your dream i'm sure you will be fine.

      I agree with C9, I used to feel tired when I first started. Now it feels like I get more rest when I lucid dream.

      This. I used to get excited so I'm guessing my mind was more awake. Now I feel 3x as good when I wake up from a lucid.

      sometimes I wake up somewhat drained after lucids, but it's well worth it
      TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
      TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!
