No, I haven't, but I imagine it would be like how you described it. But then again, it's all about how you think it would be. |

Have you ever just stopped doing things in a dream and just listened? You'll often find its completely quiet. |

I tried that on my second LD. Was pretty creepy. o_o |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

ya its almost ethereal to look into a DCs eyes... very strange but wonderful at the same time.. ive never tried to just listen, in a dream. but the next time i have a chance i will defineatly. |

hmm should definitely attempt this. usually I just "slow down" and look around it really helps make the LD more vivid and last longer |

TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!
new goals: have more LD's than Shift[X]

If you just sit there and stare, you'll likely wake up. This is because your eyes will stop moving, and you will no longer be in REM. Stephen LeBerge explains it in Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming. |

I realized that too. My lucid dreams are quiet. I like other people in my dream to make it less quiet and more interesting, so I usually attempt to spawn my friends in the dream with me. |

Yeah, not many times though, it is so peaceful when there are either monsters or animals, and annoying with people, because they won't stop asking/moving/being in the way <.< |

Lol, last night I just stopped and looked around. It seemed to be silent, like the world stopped around me. I enjoyed just looking at the dream world. It gives me a great sense of freedom (especially now that exams are tomorrow xD) |

Working on: Daily awareness.
Lucid Task: Reverse the flow of a waterfall and ride up it.
Yes I do that sometimes, it can be very beautiful. |
