Hmm...I would really recommend getting at least 7 hours of sleep, if you don't already. To get the ball rolling, you may also wish to set the alarm to go off about 6 hours after you fall asleep, so that you may catch a part of a dream and be able to record it. |
|
At least for me, I recall best when I get enough sleep and wake up naturally. Also my alarm clock isn't in arm's reach so if I used it I'd have to get up out of bed to shut it off, which would only worsen my dream recall. |
|
I have also a big problem about my dream recall...just keep up your DJ and mantras are also a good way to remember dreams. Also, like mario said you can put an alarm clock to wake up up in the middle/end of a dream so it's still fresh in your mind when you awake. |

Remember,
The closer you get to the Light...
The greater your Shadow becomes~~

I've also found that sometimes, for no apparent reason, seeing something in real life instantly triggers a memory of my last dream(s). It happens quite a lot, surprisingly. So, if you don't remember something right away, don't stress too much. It could come back to you once you see some ordinary, mundane object. |
