My suggestions:
Do a mantra before going to sleep and throughout the day (I WILL remember my dreams). Believe that it will help.
Get at least a solid 7 hours of sleep
Try to avoid caffeine and sleeping pills
Stick to a regular sleep schedule.
Have patience. These things take time.
Keep a dream journal
Lie perfectly still upon waking until you remember the bulk of your dreams, or until you remember all that you can.
