Should I try this for my next lucid flight?

People say jumping off a building can help you fly but what if I jump off and fall to the ground and wake up! I tried to just jump off the ground but no luck...any advice?

It doesn't hurt to try! Many people seem to have better luck flying by jumping off a building instead of doing it from the ground. The feeling of falling in the dream can usually get people to do it. You have to believe you fly!!! Don't have any doubts that you will fall .

I also have a flying tutorial I wrote. It has many different methods of flying. It might help! Good luck!

Does it include the fold and unfold a folding chair until it generates enough lift to float you through the air method?

That one got me flying in one dream ... then turned it lucid when I realized "Wait a minute ... that could never work!"

I have heard that jumping off something does help you fly. How about try jumping off something not too big that it won't kill or hurt you in waking life if you fall off. An important thing about flying is to never look down and never think about gravity. There is no gravity in dreams ( Got that from Mancoon's Tutorial, it helped a lot!). You have to BELIEVE that you will fly, and you will 100%. I highly recommend you check out Mancoon's tutorial. You won't regret it

I usually flap my arms a few times like a bird and that gets me going. Then Just look where you wanna go and believe you will rip over there like superman and it will happen

Don't worry about it. No one makes the first jump. Plus the floor is elastic so it doesn't hurt much.
