Exactly, that's what I'm saying. I was lucid, and the notes appeared to be correct (unless my mind was fooling itself as bengron suggested ^^)

But you will only know unless you have done it in your real awaking life. Your dream wont just come up with something accurate unless you have had some experience looking at it through your eyes in waking life. Then its like processed in your sub concoiusness. Thats why we dream about it.

True, but like I said, I can sight read (albeit slowly). The information is there, so why couldn't the access time be sped up?
