oh, Need motivation.
need motivation to feel sure that what I'm trying is going to work.
my situation:
Never had a lucid dream, tried a lot of things, but the nearest thing I had were 2-3 very vivid dreams(they were adorable)
I lost a lot of patience, worked on this for 1 year(Dild,Mild,Wild,a bit of dream yoga...EILD....devices..sleep deprivation)....also I took like 4-5 breaks in were I relaxed and didn't think on lucid dreams...but nothing...
What I'm going to do these days is a powerful form of dream yoga. it consists of:
-Awareness through the day, awaraness means that I will pay a lot of atention to my 5 senses(I think this works because, how do you perceive the world? with your senses, ok, this is delivered to the mind...but...if you don't pay all the atention to your senses, this means you aren't really aware of what's around you, so, this awareness should bring more lucidity and vivid dreams....)
-Daily Meditation(7 hours a day(dividided into 7 segments along the day), for me isn't too much, considering that I can meditate without too much problem a full hour, and, knowing that everytime I stop meditating, the awareness I kept during the meditation comes naturally to me(if I was breathing meditation, I will continue naturally breathing meditation after finishing)
-Reality Checks when something weird happens.
-Rehearsing during the night that I will become lucid...
-Journal of Dreams
-WILD with WBTB
from this things I expect more vivid dreams, and, lucidity. I will work on this for 2 weeks, I need to know that this will work, that's because I need motivation.
