Hey all..I was just wondering if anyone naps on a regular basis and has noticed it helping thier dream recall and # of LD's. I remember reading somewhere a while back that "as humans, are bodies are designed to sleep 2 times within 1 day to acheive peak performance" or something like that.

I've seriously been considering fitting everyday naps into my schedule and staying up later to help with LDing. If this has worked for anyone, please share your experience with the technique. Thanks!
