I thought of this method that might help with DILDs. What you do is write RC on your hand and every time you see the RC you do a reality check. How many of you think that this would work? |

Well, I guess if you don't see the writing on your hand you automatically know you're dreaming... that might work, I think it's been tried before. |

Lucid goals: Task of the Month:Drink some champagne or sparkling juice. [ ] Do a somersault in the air [ ] Breathe underwater [ ] Paint a picture on the floor or wall with my finger [ ] Fly! [ ]
It has been tried, and is successful! It is a good way to remind yourself to reality check, but it isn't a reality check itself. So yes, it is a great way to get yourself you reality check constantly. |

I don't have one on my hand but I have a piece of paper with "true" written on it scotch taped near my computer screen- worked on numerous occasions, just on my last LD yesterday I looked on it and it had "tat" written on it, at first I thought the scotch tape must have torn of the other letters since I like to vary it's position but then I did an RC and gained lucidity. |

TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!
new goals: have more LD's than Shift[X]
10-15min LD [ X] Article: A day in the life of an LD-er
the "Mind V.S. Body" Induction technique
Everyman 2 LD's/ sleep schedule progress
Sounds like a great idea, I shall add this to my other RC |

Sorry, but this is in no way a new concept |

Is that so? I just taped a piece of orange paper (like my other orange paper I keep in my pocket saying "Am I dreaming?" on one side and "Hmmmm.... Apparently not." on the other) onto my computer's monitor saying "True." on it, and where it is positioned on the monitor, it's got a good amount of darkness on it so I don't always see it there and ignore it. It'll remind me to RC when just sitting doing homework or being online for a long while. In the day time, I'll see it well, everytime I come into the room. |

I'm not on DV much these days, but I'll try to toss a cool dream or two into my DJ.
