Was this a DEILD or a MILD?

I used an alarm to get up at 4 am, intending to do a WBTB + MILD; however, I ended up re-entering my previous dream as I repeated my mantra. So, what does this count as?

DEILD since you re-entered the dream, questiong though, how long did it take you to fall back asleep and what was the mantra? Maybe it was both DEILD and MILD lol

Ummm. I believe I actually got up and went to the restroom, I was up for maybe 10-15 min, but fell asleep quickly once back in bed. My mantra was something like "I will be dreaming soon and I will know that I am dreaming. I will awaken after my dream, and remember my dream." I was thinking about my previous dream as I fell asleep and repeated the mantra
