      Trembling Sensation in Dream Body upon Lucidity? What Do You Experience?

      In dreams, when I rub my hands together it makes the whole scene vibrate and blur. Then, I feel tremors through my body and the scene gets ultra clear and I can feel the ground hard against my feet.

      Anyone have similar sensations? What do you experience upon attaining Lucidity?

      The dream usually suddenly looks clearer, and I get a sudden "awareness" sensation when attaining lucidity.
      If I rub my hands together or shout "clarity now", the outlines of stuff in the dream sharpen and become cleaner.
      We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
      some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

      Sadly, i haven't rubbed my hands together yet. I'll remember it for sure next time i'm lucid. I'm pretty sure that's why they end so quickly.
      It's hard to explain how i feel in LDs. I'm very awake, happy, euphoric and excited (maybe a bit too excited).

      Yesterday I tried rubbing my hands together in a WILD try. I felt a slight vibration go then.

      And I also tried different vocal assertions. One did work and as you mention Demara, things became sharper and more 'cleaner' as you mention it. When I uttered the NOW!
