is it possible to train your mind to recognize when you are dreaming so well that DILDs will no longer just become a random event? |

It is possible, yes. It takes lots of practice, though. |

MILD + DILD together gives you pretty high chances. You'd have to have a lot of willpower, and time to train yourself to be able to do it at will every night though. |

My version of MILD is kind of DILD anyway. Some nights, i only focus on my intent to lucid dream without repeating the mentra at all, and find success. |

This is kind of happening to me, actually. I rarely use an actual method for inducing lucid dreams anymore; I just all of a sudden know I'm dreaming, no RCs even. I usually just use reality checks for maintaining lucidity anymore. In fact, I'd say almost every night now I know I'm dreaming, but at the same time, quite frequently I don't connect that knowledge with what's going on and such. It's like my sleeping mind thinks: "OH, I'm dreaming! Too bad this isn't a lucid dream..." instead of "OH, I'm dreaming! That means I'm lucid right now!" |
