Hey everybody, I wanted to share something that has helped me become lucid the past few nights. There was actually a thread about this a few weeks ago but I can't find it now.

I have been LD practicing for about 2.5 months now. It seems that most beginners around here havethe mindset (including myself when I started) that LDing is difficult. I admit that it does take a lot of work to get that first LD. Once you get over that hurdle, tell yourself that LDing isn't difficult. If you expect it to be difficult, then it will be. Mantras don't seem to work well for me, rather if I go to bed thinking that LDing is very easy, that is how I have had a LD the past 3 nights. If you can get your subconcious to believe it is not hard, then I think it makes a big difference.
