I don't think is matters hugely about when you go to sleep. Just if your subconscious has been trained to recognize flaws in the dream world. |

Hello. At the beginning of summer break I started to get back into lucid dreaming. I was aiming for the WILD technique. But after a week of going to sleep at 11pm (and being unsuccessful at falling asleep) and keeping a DJ, I decided to take a break. So the past week and a half I've been easily falling asleep at around 3am and waking up at about 12 to 1pm. I also stopped my DJ. Surprisingly to me dream recall increased instead of decreasing. But I was wondering if I could just as easily DILD (at least) as if I went to sleep at 11pm. Or maybe even WILD?? |

I don't see why not. If there are any negatives to your current schedule, they are only minor and don't rule out dreaming or lucid dreaming. For example, maybe you sleep a bit less profoundly during the day/morning than at night, but then again this could be a good thing for certain techniques. For WILD in particular, there should be no problem, since you're conscious basically the whole time and it doesn't depend much on your sleeping schedule (as long as you can get some sleep beforehand). The only slight obstacle I can imagine would be if you have trouble falling asleep / trying WILD if there's some daylight coming through. |

Of course you can achieve regularly lucidity, just takes a bit of time. |
