The past few days or so, I've been having lucid dreamish experiences. By the way, a few weeks ago I was really dedicated to dream journaling + RCs but then I got lazy and haven't been doing them lately. This past night I think I even may have had a legit lucid dream but I could also have just been dreaming about having lucid dream, I don't know. But anyways, I don't really remember all the details really, but I remember being lucid (I think I was) and but it was all really hazy and not vivid. I did the rubbing hands together thing and spinning around but weirdly I was thinking, "Ahhhh, I think I'm actually doing these things in real life and its gonna wake me up". I'm pretty sure that wasn't happening since I couldn't be spinning on my bed in the middle of the night, haha . Those didn't really do anything to help, fyi, I don't think I was very aware of "in" the dream. There was one moment in my dream where I actually felt something, like could feel the sensation of touch and it felt pretty vivid.

What do you guys suggest? I think I'm mainly having these types of dreams and getting closer to a strong, vivid lucid dream because I've been sleeping in longer since its summer which equals more time and opportunities for dreaming. So yes, any tips on how to make the lucid dreams more vivid and clear, which I think would really help my control and memory regarding my lucid dreams. Haha, thanks!
