DILD is a good technique for beginners, because it basically involves using logic and awareness to create consciousness within a dream. |

I've been keeping a dream journal for a couple of weeks now, doing reality checks, and am now starting to attempt lucidity. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I remember when I was in the same boat as you, Dorian. The abundance of techniques meant that I couldn't focus on a single technique for more than a few days or weeks. It was DILD> WILD>Dream signs> Supplements>Hypnosis> MP3 aids, etc. In the end I discovered Dream Reentry and Non-Induction technique and they worked very well for me. I would only asssume that your goal is to LD on demand, rather than LD sporadically at random. In this case, you need to find a technique that feels right for you and is almost effortless. |
