I am still trying to have my first ever lucid dream and I figured DILD is the way to go. I have tried WBTB several times and done frequent reality checks but have not yet experienced lucidity in a dream. So this brings me to my quick question. I have heard techniques where you write a sentence over and over again such as, "I am consciously aware while I dream." If I were to write this sentence one-hundred times before going to bed each night, would this give me lucidity in a dream? I would appreciate your thoughts and was wondering if anyone has done this to experience a lucid dream. I would think it would work in the same way as a mental mantra. Thanks, everyone. |
