      Thank you, and thanks to all for posting on this thread. I'll try working with these techniques more consistently - just found this forum and stumbled across DILD and DEILD and MILD, but have yet to WILD. I've had lucid dreams that feel more real than waking life for years, but also dry spells with dream recall almost nonexistent and little if any lucidity. So glad I finally found you.
